Gabriela Aceves Sepulveda
Gabriela Aceves Sepúlveda, an interdisciplinary media artist and cultural historian, focuses on Latin American feminist media, contemporary art and design history and practice. She uses video and multimedia installations to explore the social, political, and cultural structures that shape our sense of self. She is assistant the professor at the School of Interactive Arts and Technology at Simon Fraser University, a member of the AKA collective. Since 2014 she is part of the board at VIVO Media Arts.
